How do I save a video to Trove AI?

Open any app (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), tap the Share button on a video, then select "Trove AI" from the share sheet. The video will be saved and AI-processed automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Trove AI and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can also manage your subscription directly from the App Store.

How do I delete my account?

Open Trove AI, go to the More tab, scroll down to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers and your device. This action cannot be undone.

How do I export my data?

Open Trove AI, go to the More tab, and use the Export feature to download your saved videos, summaries, and collections.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Original videos are never stored — only URLs and AI-generated summaries. On-device speech recognition means audio never leaves your phone. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Why is a video showing as "Failed" or "Partial"?

Some platforms (especially Instagram) restrict access to video content. If processing fails, Trove AI will still save the link and any available metadata. You can tap "Retry" on the video detail screen, or manually add a title and notes.

I was charged but don't have access. What do I do?

Try tapping "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].

Can I use Trove AI on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on any device and your saves will sync automatically.
